Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location is spot on, right next to the train station and with convenient stores around. The rooms are quite large compared to other hotels in Tokyo and are clean and tidy, offering a comfortable stay. The staff are very courteous and friendly, making you feel welcome. The dining experience is awesome with homemade ice cream, but there are limited dining options. Overall, a great value for money with minor room size concerns.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploration. The rooms were a bit on the small side, which was noticeable especially with big luggage. The service, however, was outstanding with very courteous and friendly staff, even offering a welcome drink. The dining options were good, offering Korean dishes near the Metro, but the rooms, though clean and tidy, felt a bit small for a quad setup.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station and surrounded by convenient stores, making it a perfect spot for easy access to transportation and essentials. The room size is quite large for Tokyo standards, especially suitable for a Quad room. The service is exceptional with very courteous and friendly staff offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The dining options nearby are fantastic, especially the cakes, while the facilities enhance the overall guest experience.
